In addition, it enables multi-source timesheet ingestion and archival. Managers will now be able to configure to set up notifications for timesheet reminders, success / failure alerts and customized display settings.

Our dedicated ATS configuration section allows you to integrate ZuraTM with your ATS for real-time, seamless data transfer between platforms, thereby eliminating manual entry, reducing errors, and accelerating decision-making.
Ease of Setup – Users can access the configuration panel where they will be able to enter or update key authentication and API details required for integration. A simple toggle switch also lets users enable or disable the integration at any time, giving them full control.

ZuraTM allows user to easily manage and store consultant timesheets securely by supporting multiple storage platforms, including FTP, S3, and Dropbox. The Archival module ensures data is safely organized and easily accessible when needed.

ZuraTM allows users to manage automated reminders for pending timesheets through the Reminder subsection within the Notifications section. This helps ensure timely submissions by enabling users to set up custom messages that prompt consultants to complete and submit their timesheets.
Ease of Setup – Click the “Edit” button to modify the reminder message, and use the reminder flag toggle to enable or disable reminder notifications. This gives users full control over how and when reminders are sent.
In ZuraTM, the Notifications section within Configuration allows user to manage various system notifications related to timesheets. It contains three subsections: Reminder, Success, and Failure.
Ease of Setup – Click the “Edit” button to modify the failed/success message and use the failed/success flag to enable or disable notifications.
The consultants tab in ZuraTM displays a comprehensive list of consultants along with key details such as Employee ID, Consultant ID, Tax Terms, Client Name, and Job Title. You can easily search, filter, and manage consultant records, and perform quick actions like editing or downloading the data.
ZuraTM allows you to select the appropriate calendar from the dropdown menu, where you can toggle between invoice and payroll calendars. You can select the pay start and end dates, and the consultant details will be displayed accordingly. You can also download the consultant payroll data.
ZuraTM provides staffing firms with intuitive analytics that surface key performance metrics, trends, and financial insights, enabling smarter decisions through drill-down dashboards and customizable filters.
By right-clicking on a data point in the Analytics dashboard and selecting “Drill Through,” user can access the Detailed Timesheet Analysis dashboard, which provides a comprehensive overview of timesheet data, including key metrics, visualizations of submission and approval trends, and granular details for individual timesheets.
